It is not what you think. Unfortunately, you can’t smoke any of these.
But, seriously, I bought herbs at Chapters Bookstore. I bought three of them in fact.Oregano, Parsley and Lemon Basil. And they are so cute!. I always believed that one should dress up their house, so why not dress up your diet. Non?
I always had a penchant for herbs. I think I got this from my parents. No literally, I used to catch them smoking up in the bathroom. I bought oregano, parsley and lemon basil. Since, I have to keep up with all this protein; I might as well go all the way and have herbs always on had.
Now yesterday, I spoke about my list of what I normally eat everyday. Well, now I am going to give you the breakdown.
Vitamins-Now, not everyone needs to take all of these, but I think it does help your body to restore itself from all the beatings it has taken over the years. The doctor says that it maximizes the weight loss. And most of this stuff; I know that you are probably already taking.
Multi-vitamin- 1 per day
B Complex 50-Take 1 per day. If you can find a multi-vitamin that contains B Complex 50 in it, then you can just take on pill instead of two.
Caltrate Plus with Vitamin D and Magnesium-600mg tablets, take 2 tablets a day.
Fish Oil/Omega 3 (not Omega 369)- Take two 500mg or one 1000mg per day
Potassium- Take two tablets twice a day (4 in total). You should check this out with your doctor because everyone has different levels of potassium in there system. Mine was really low so I had to take more.
Metamucil/Benfibre-This must be taken daily. 20-30 grams are required per day. I take psyllium tablets instead. I hate drinking anything with stuff floating in it!
GTF Chromiun- I almost broke my back finding this one. It ended up being on the bottom shelf. Take 400-500mcg per day.

Arugula Dill Pickles (2 only) Radish

Brussel Sprouts Green Beans Spinach

NOTE: Red Peppers, Green Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Tomatoes and Onions are Not Permitted in the first two weeks of the diet.
