The time was 1932, when the world began to take notice of Frida Kahlo, the painter. What the world did not know of Ms. Kahlo was her dalliances, with both men and women; married or not married.

You can’t watch the movie on the life of Frida Kahlo without noting the fantastical lesbian sex scene.
